My name is Andrew Lisle and for the past decade I have been working in the British state sector, most recently as Head of Faculty for Social Sciences in one the highest achieving schools in the country. At KICS I will be teaching Psychology and Geography and like to let the pupils lead their own exploration of the subjects by facilitating engaging lesson cycles which are student led and focused on holistic understandings of the subjects. I work to one simple principle that I want my pupils to see the world, understand it and know they have the power to change it.
