How to Apply

How do I apply for admissions at KICS?

KICS welcomes applications throughout the academic year (August-May) and during the summer break (June-July).

However, please note that the applications are processed only during the academic year, provided that a vacancy is available in the prospective year group. If a vacancy is not available, then the application will be moved to the KICS Waiting List and the family will be notified once a vacancy becomes available.

Step 1: Gathering Information about the School

* Check the school's website for information about KICS regarding the Primary and Secondary Sections, IB Diploma Programme, ECAs…. etc. You will find a lot of information.

Contact the KICS School Registrar, via email at admissions@kicsnet.org to request for the KICS Information Pack. Also if you are in Khartoum you can set an appointment with the School Registrar to visit KICS and have a campus tour and receive more information.

If possible, speak to other parents of children already enrolled at KICS.
