Campus and Facilities

KICS takes great pride in its school campus. The design of the school allows for a smaller, more intimate scale through the separate ‘Sections’ of the school, built around cooling courtyards and sympathetic, low-rise buildings and gardens spread across the 10-acre site. Play areas for our younger students include EU-standard playground equipment set on safety surfaces in a colourful and secure environment.

KICS delivers a balanced and broad curriculum and this is reflected in the emphasis placed on sports and arts facilities alongside those in support of academic subjects. Our science labs, art studios, music department’s acoustic teaching spaces and recording studio, design and technology workshop and drama studios are fully equipped to support and encourage our students right through to IB diploma. 

For sports we have a full-size grass football pitch, a 25-metre swimming pool with adjacent teaching pool, a large air-conditioned Sports hall plus a fitness room and dance studio. The campus also features three tennis courts and two outdoor basketball courts. Both the courts and playing field are floodlit. The 500 seater open-air amphitheatre has been the scene of many great performances including major theatrical productions, musical concerts and also for visiting guest artists.
