Catering Services and Nutrition

The KICS Cafeteria offers healthy and balanced meals which includes vegetarian options for all the students and staff. Our menu is published weekly through the KICS News Bulletin/Newsletter for the convenient checking of what is being offered. 

KICS is the first and only school in Sudan that uses RFID cards in purchasing food. Parents can now check and monitor the credit balance of their children through the KICS service application. 

Student Break time: 

Primary: 10:10 am to 11:00 am

Secondary: 11:00 am to 12:20 pm

Healthy Lunch is offered every day. KICS Cafeteria provides food prepared in our school kitchen with our own resident Chefs. Students may choose between 2 types of Entrées, sandwiches, soups, freshly cut fruits and juices. A Manage Salad Bar is also offered daily.

Coffee Shop:

Our coffee shop offers a variety of Coffee from Espressos to Lattes along with tasty pastries, cookies, and panini sandwiches. It is a great meeting place for all parents at all times, particularly when dropping off or collecting their children.

Additionally, the cafeteria now offers the option of take away meals to both parents and staff. Enjoy the delicious food offered by us at the comfort of your own home. 

The school has now established a safer environment to open up the coffee shop to all Parents once again. Please see the timing below; 

Sunday – Thursday       7:35 to 8:45am 

                                      2:25 to 3:45pm
